How to make an Origami Leaf Card

What if ... you need to write a letter but you can't find an envelope? Here is how to elegantly solve that problem in only 10 minutes!! :D As the diagram was in Japanese I don't know who designed this masterpiece so let me know if you happen to know! So it was chinese (thx Tonyriva!) and did not mention the designer ; )
