Seems like most of you have not heard a Shawn Lane album.
He could shred really fast but very often avoided doing so.
Too put Shawn in the shred category is so wrong, he was better than that.

@pranav576 Well, for one, if you watch MY videos, you'll see one of them.. john taylor, who holds the current world record, but I don't ever see his name in these lists... Vanny Live, there are plenty if you look. Point is, a guitarists should have to be "famous" to get on these lists.. I can play twice as fast as most of these guys on the list, and I'm not famous, and there are vids to back it up.. just speaking the truth.. speed isn't an opinion.. Either you are faster, or aren't.
