  • What ac filter do you recommend?

  • continuously cleaning out the indoor air is very tough and or expensive; house plants do very little unless you are willing to water a jungles worth of plants daily

an oxygen generator is a quick cheap fix

  • good video accurate information

  • This is a very good video on sick buildings. Well done.

  • 1/3rd of the air in the building should be replenished every hour; or all of the air every 3 hours.

By the time other people notice a building is "stuffy", I am dying of suffocation. This makes a large majority of buildings and houses and transit vehicles uninhabitable to me, especially for time periods exceeding 15 minutes. Doctors would say panic attack, I say under-ventilated rooms. I'm like a human furnace that needs "combustion air", or a warped canary in a coal mine.
