Fit some little bits of tape to the bow gunwhales to hold the spinnaker sheets in.
They will be have a little flap that sticks up, this should help hold the sheet in the boat.
Try not to beat your crew across the boat let him be first and follow him. Then he can really hit the new trapeze hard with confidence and you can sit down slower.

@thekillerturtle96 , I just did the same thing minus the europe but i got an amazing coach and a good helm (im crewing) i reckon go for it m8 but im not high level yet so will c :)
