In cases where no one is going to insure something, like a nuclear power plant or drilling in the North pole, then have a part of the contract that says the investor has to cover the damage. There is a meltdown or a spill - company that operates the facility covers damages out of their pockets and then go ahead with building. That way they would have the incentive to make sure nothing goes wrong

Even though I am a liberal, or maybe a socialist by US standards, and agree on most points TYT argues for, I am really allergic to Cenk and his rhetorics. To me, he is the liberal version of O'reilly, which I think never is a good thing.
