  • I believe that we as a people have reached that promise land in one respect because of the centereness of belief in equality and the election of a man who shares blood from bothe races, but as the light of truth breaks in so does the captains of darkness step up to put it out take care america hold to that which is true and just not to a flag or skin color. They both will some day fade and only what you do for christ will count, each man the bible says will be judged

  • These are very enlighten statements that lift my faith in man as a whole i am a black man and these are great teachings.Bless you.

  • That is the cleanest 240p ever

  • people don't shout anymore, they go and hide. Why don't we shout so the foundations will shack

  • Cause my eyes have seen the glory

  • When the biblical prophet said, "At my word it will not rain", God honored those words because the Prophet uttered them. I believe Dr. King compromised, in a lot of ways, but the Book says that the "gifts and callings of God are without repentance", he was yet a prophet sent from God. Any prophet today, mattering not what their ethnicity, will have the authentic favor and the security of God's support.

  • Whenever a prophet that is sent from God speaks; God honors his words. If he would have been slaughtered the previous day then everything probably would have continued to be "business as usual." But Dr. King spoke the words and God will honor his words; in this country black people will continue to rise to the very top; God is obligated to bring Dr. King's words to pass, because HE placed the MANTLE of PROPHECY upon the man. One prophet in the Bible declared, "at MY word it will not rain"!

  • That assassin's bullet was instrumental in bringing the forty year journey in the wilderness to fruition. The episode occurred in 1968 and the President that we have now was elected in 2008. He compared himself to a Biblical character when he said, "I have been to the mountaintop and I have seen the promised land, I may not get there with you, BUT WE AS A PEOPLE WILL GET TO THE PROMISED LAND. This inevitability may have never been if the bullet would have been applied the previous day.

  • God chose this man to be birth out to lead African Americans to a place of Economic independence. Did he fail or did he succeed? One would only have to look at the seemingly plight and the conditions of the black race! His speech at Mason Temple, the international headquarters of the Church of God in Christ, on that faithful night, in Memphis, gave clear directions to the black people as to what their next focus should be. An assassin's bullet riveting through his brain the next day.
