  • The Novation X Station, with Automap, "touch feel" drumpads, more internal memory for additional user banks or, an SD/USB memory slot and polytimbral will OWN any and every other controller! Please believe it! I dunno why Novation hasn't done this as yet, it seems so logical and in your face!

  • The Novation X Station!

  • @tachalainen, I've never used it before, but with the Automap Pro it's fact that it will work nicely with Reason

  • hey .. what about the MkII and Reason .. does those two work good together?

  • I think its great, though some people are not so keen, any ideas why?

  • Automap is a nightmare so be very careful. Quite a few controllers, depending on what you want to do. I just installed Engima nad had Cubase and Prostation 88 sync and working flawless. I have not tried this new line on novation so I would try this as well at a guitar center if they have them available. Feel the keys, make sure the keys are to your liking it makes big difference. Don't buy anything with out trying it first.

  • thx

  • Novation.

  • if you had none, which midi controller would you reccomend? would you go with the mkII?

  • which one would you reccomend for someone who is getting their first midi controller?
