@MucusFelidae Paco de Lucia is Paco de Lucia, he is and will remain a maestro of guitar... and it's very nice experimenting with diferent styles. jazz is a very expressive and emotional music as is flamenco, it's a pity you don't see that.

Paco De Lucia is considered the best Flamenco guitarist today, he adds his own little bits and pieces to the songs he plays which set him apart from other flamenco players. The greatest flamenco player before Paco was Sabicas. In my honest opinion i think Sabicas version of this song is better because i dont care much for the special little add-ons that Paco puts into the song.

@jaimegleznavarro Hombre, mexicana mexicana... Ernesto Lecuona es mezcla de padre canario y madre cubana si no me equivoco... Y él vivió en Cuba más que nada; y la canción en sí pues es mas bien flamenca (de la Suite Andalucía), no parece mucho un huapango ni una ranchera...jeje ;)
