@tazj37 yep, the food on NCL is terrible. I like the food on Carnival and Princess cruise lines.

Holland is great, and RCI has been good. We're going on the Grand Princess in march for the first time in many years, and looking forward to it. I'm still not sure what NCL had in the buffet one night.
