I use to own a rx8. Key word was "use" to own... It was the biggest piece of shot I have ever owned. The only thing the car had going for it was handling. (I currently have a supercharged slk Mercedes and a ford lightning, and use to own a 03 gt mustang so I have been around sports cars...) Mazda RX cars are about as dependable as a crack whore. Piston engines all the way! (preferably with blowers)

I love how nobody on Youtube take's physics into a play, ya it weighs the same as the rotory but it's center body of gravity changed dramaticly due to placement of weight, since the rotory
makes it a front-mid engine car. People!!! A german genius & japanses manufacturing icon made this engine vs abunch of people who never majored physics and high level engineering who post comments on youtube!?!?! My vote goes with the german genius and japanese icon.
