Proof: Hospitals Waste Money

I took this video at the Cleveland Clinic on a skyway. They have 50 flat panel displays up in the ceiling (each about 42" by my guess) advertising the very hospital that people are using if they are looking at the screens (i.e. pointless). Why couldn't that money go to something important like pay for nurses or important life-saving equipment. And, why couldn't they have just had 48 and given me two of them?

You found them! 50 big screen tvs in all. Sometimes administrators should step outside their hospital and walk around in the world the rest of us live in. Maybe then, they will learn how to better serve their community.
