  • pleas reply what shoes do they ware i hope someone nows or can say me verry good parkour shoes without saying ariake beceause i freakin dont find a shop in belgium who sells them so yes if you know a spot you can answer to

  • Ariakes are terrible shoes for parkour. Any basic running shoe will do you.. ;)

  • for the shoes, try SI-18 International, though i dont know if they do them in belgium...have you tried ordering over the internet

  • Okay I don't want to sound like a crazy fan, but Dan Edwardes is inspiring!! I found a book he wrote called 'The Parkour/Freerunning Handbook' in a library, changed my life completely! I love parkour, it's a beautiful and healthy discipline! Thank-you Dan!! :)

  • @eeto91 i think parkour can be very impressive. take a large standing cat leap for example...

  • @ParkourGenerations No there not, they have been special designed for parkour, 95% of professional tracuers use them in the united states.

  • Man these spots are so sweet! I'm having to set up stuff with my fence, a few bricks and my trampoline to train.

  • @ fatal, I do the same thing, I don't see a reason to do flips. I love just running on walls or climbing a really high fence.
