You can clearly see that I am indicating RIGHT! for what ever reason the taxi driver comes up on my right hand side and tries to overtake on the mini roundabout. I maybe shouldn't of gone back to the car but I wanted a reason to why he did it, judging by his reaction, he didn't know he was in the wrong

  • I agree with you all about the positioning, I've looked back at my previous footage and this is the first time I stayed left... The roundabout is a hotspot for spilt diesel and I have nearly lost control in the past, i wanted to take as smooth a line of possible but it unfortunately ended in this incident. thank you for your feedback, i will learn from this

  • Us two wheelers need to use our position to indicate where we are going.

Give them enough room to barge through, and they will.

  • Hessle Road's finest.

  • your road position at the junction was shite, the taxi thought u were going left. I know you indicated but those shity little bulbs are hard to see trust me. I now this because i ride a cbr 600 fx and this has happened to me.

  • I feel your pain. I fucking hate it myself. Its always dick head women drivers for me jumping into my lane

  • this actually made me LOL

  • Sadly you didn't dominate the road space there buddy lol, but it all worked out in the end, give them an inch and they will run over you. Just remember they dont always understand what our needs are ;-)

  • your on the left hand side of the junction indicating right he might of thought you had hit the button in the wrong direction

  • I'm afraid I have to agree with others here, you're too far to the left and the taxi driver might not have seen the indicating light. Should have taken the primary position. But there is no need to hunt him down, I think?

  • You need to be in the right of the lane, more chance of someone seeing you at the next junction onto the roundabout. Also indicates your road position to the other road users behind, indicating is probably equally as important as road positioning.

  • On a motorcycle, make sure you always ride in the right wheel track. Otherwise cars will try to squeeze past you by "sharing" your lane.
