Ok so this tutorial will show you how to do the time freeze effect on adobe premiere elements 4, 7, 8, or 9. I personally used 8. Yea this probably could have been better, I made my time freeze video about three months ago and I just turned the camera on and had to just remember how I did right there on the spot, so if there is something I didn't explain clear enough for you, just send me a message. My original time freeze video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=11rAfo6TNhA

Also when you finish your own tine freeze video, upload it and let everyone know where you learned how to do from so others can learn it.

The cloning effect kinda just comes with the time freeze effect, unless the person your using as the unfrozen guy is someone other than yourself.

If you want to learn how to do a cloning effect without the time freeze effect then you can watch this tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EbJmMNuzuEc

This guy is the boss when it comes to adobe video editng programs. He taught me most of what I know on adobe premiere elements and I just kinda based this tutorial off of the knowledge of his previous videos to what I think he did, so please go support him.
His channel is here: http://www.youtube.com/user/iboredsoimakedumbvid

The sound effect website here: http://freesound.org/

My main channel here :http://www.youtube.com/user/PrankMasterP9394

One more thing, I'm planning on trying to do some mote tutorials on other effects that I haven't seen on YouTube yet, so if your interested subcribe to this channel, and my main channel if you like.
