This is the fourth clip of the interior design presentation 'a little bit of Iceland in London' in response to an Icelandic client brief for a new and completely different workplace.
The 'meeting suite' was to be fully flexible to allow meetings, presentations, entertaining and meeting and full client or staff entertaining.
The brief was to create three individual meeting rooms, all with natural light, that could be either closed or opened individually into a central 'bar' area.
This was achieved by introducing full height sliding white glass meeting room fronts, housed in recessed floor and ceiling tracks, that can be fully concealed in the coloured glass housings when not in use.
The white glass meeting room fronts also incorporate large off-set pivot glass doors.
The housings are simple glass boxes, back lit with chameleon colour change lighting.
The meeting room design was inspired by the stark contrasting colour and textures of Iceland's surreal volcanic landscape.
A great number of talented people and business went into creating the presentation. For information, contact us.
