  • I was just thinking 'I wonder what a 12 string guitar sounds like in open D' since I just tried playing open D on my 6string and then I got really excited. After seeing this video you have confirmed my thoughts- it sounds so incredibly brilliant!

  • I'm considering purchasing a 12-string of my own; to jam with my homie's Djembe. I ~<3 music.

  • i can hear led zepp influence here :3

    well done mate

  • There are a few wonderfully talented people who are not famous,...you are certainly one of them. Thank you, that was beautiful.

  • Some Pink Floyd "Us and Them" at 1:07? Very nice!

  • Great stuff man! I doubt I'll ever get as proficient at 6 string let alone 12.

But I've found that if I go through a phase of strumming exclusively on my 12 string that the dead center of my guitar finger callouses gets soft, lol, and I'm back to beginner pain when I pick up the 6 string again, dang it. I have no guitar friends, so I don't know if that's common.

And a guitar tech at a music store said my grooved and flaking off callouses are a sign of diabetes, but Dr said I don't have that.

  • He was tottaly listening to That's The Way - Led Zeppelin when he made this, lol waht influences can do

  • @Johnlikecrazy Don't be intimidated by the extra strings :]

It's just the same as playing a 6 string, once you get used to it.

  • ha ha bobby well done this is sooperb .. can you do a lesson on it plz inc the tuning....5 *

  • This sweet. You are a great guitar player.
