they auction off foreclosures on courthouse steps on the first tuesday of the month. the bank does a bid on their on property to start bidding and if no one bids it turns into an REO property which is then listed with a realtor or sent to a 3rd party auction.

i'd like to know why this is happening and what it means. are these state seized homes that the county is offering up for sale but no one is buying?

Most people are growing weed for money and not compassion. When you are old and have no money will anyone care about you?
