as bad as this may sound I once worked at an office that had an elevator and stairs. We had a very large lady that worked with us and the elevator broke, she asked other co-workers to go upstairs for her to get files instead of she going up the stairs herself! this is what our world is coming to as they say "Sedentary Death Syndrome".

I don't get it. Frankly I don't think it was very funny either. When I got stuck on a escalator like that it took 15 minutes before mine could be started again. I was feeling very claustrophobic and had to share a step with someone else. I didn't have the luxury of being able to sit down. I am still seeing a therapist trying to get over that one. :-)
