Great shape bag, but the dude hitting it is seriously slow...
Roy Jones, Pacquiao and Mayweather are all about twice as fast in slow motion replays.

My only problem with the cross training fairtex bag is that it needs to be heavier , 100lbs doesn;t quite cut it.

@Elchori79 Most Muay Thai gyms that I've known use the banana bag made by pro boxing. It's somewhere between 150-200 lbs. You can order one from them and if your close to them you can pick it up yourself. They are located in SoCal. Fairtex makes these bags but I have not seen many gyms use them since those bags tend to be a little more expensive and not as heavy.
