Actualy, the peace pagoda is a place of worship which is venerated every morning by the buddhist monks and nuns every morning at sunrise. Special ceremonies are also held there throughout the year.
The building is the japanese buddhist monestary which is open every day. prayer starts at 5am and again at 5pm every day and anyone is welcome to attend.

its quite annoying because im very spiritual and im fascinated by the buddhist religion and it was only a few weeks ago when i was walking home from willen lake did i notice the peace pagoda !!!! beautiful video love the music !!

Very nice I like it, I had been to the peace pagoda but have not actually known that the other building exists. i must go there this summer! thanx....nice video!
