@SirHucksallott It's actually very effective when executed perfectly after step one (in conjunction with the "scramble ideas" and "switch off the high crotch" videos). Unfortunately, it has to be executed 100% perfectly which tends to be difficult for most of my students (without investing 5+ hours of drill time).
