me doing some tutorial,I hope you like it

00:12 first, is important to remember the impulse, the impulse get your body ready to do the move

00:23 once you are ready, the body has to be as follows, left hand up (right for lef-handed)

00:29 and the legs opened, in aprox. 70 or 90 degrees angle

00:38 the left hand take the position of the right foot(right hand and left foot, for left-handed), and the right foot has to be getting up forcefully

00:49 the body must be pulled up by the right leg(left leg, for left-handed)

00:56 you musn't put your right hand on the floor (left hand for r.h.) till your body is completely in the air

01:02 and the legs wide open. this will equilibrate you a lot

01:09 once the right hand(left hand for r.h.) is on the floor , the body has to be still

01:13 and don't let your body be throwed out by your legs, this way we have half the excercise

01:16 now in slow motion

01:31 in order to kick, we have o watch three important things, first, the nads must be still

01:40 second, also the body must be still, and third, your body has to draw a circle in the air

01:49 left leg has to be always high, this keeps ypur hips high all the time

01:55 and the right leg continues its swinging move

02:00 when the right leg reach the limit, rotate the body whit the help of the left hand

02:05 look that the left leg is still high

02:08 and the body moves to the direction of the hand who lands (i.e. the left hand)

02:11 if you don't move your body, you will land bad

02:16 you must jump withe the kicking leg

02:20 once you land, has to know three things

02:24 first, your landing hand has to be still

02:28 second, also your body has to be still, and third, now the kicking leg is up

02:39 once we put your right hand on the floor , put your left leg again

02:43 and with this we have done an airtrack, now in slow motion

  • yo wut up brand 3 let me ask u a question my right leg has to stay up at all times left leg whip because i spin {counterclockwise oposite of u..please man im trying to master them i hope you see this comment out of the hundred thanks man...

  • hi man, well, the main problem is the position of legs in the air, in your case, your right leg has to stay up as you said it, and remember you have to kick your left leg till it's pointing all way up, otherwise you will fall

  • hi man, see, in the explanation of the video appears all that I said, but in english, so I think it's no necesary to re-upload it in englsh, but if you go counterclokwise (so you should jump with the left leg) remember that your balance leg is the right, and you kick with the right, so, if you keep falling down, that means that you are not kicking high enough, so practice that and try to reach as highest as possible with your left leg, any doubt just write me back, peace

  • well, most people do the same mistake : if your right leg ( I assume is the kicking leg) is not high enough, your left leg will fall, so, try to kick harder and higher and your left leg will pass smoothly without touching the floor

  • @thedancinfiend well, in that case, both hand and leg have to work togheter. I mean, you have to push your body up with your hand while kicking, and then, your leg will make your body do the whole spin, it's like an instinctive response of your body in order not to fall down over your back, even if you fail twisting your body, most of time you land over your feet

  • Hope you read this comment but after you release from your right hand how do you hop back to your left to make a whole airtrack??

  • @hadesbboy si caes de una vez, es por que no llevas un buen pateo, recuerda que las piernas te mantienen en el aire mientras los brazos hacen el salto, si no, simplemente caeras como te sucede a ti, asi que practica un poco mas el pateo, y cuando lo hagas, trata de mantener la pierna de pateo lo mas alto posible para que la otra pueda seguir el movimiento con comodidad, tambien practica swipe ya que por lo general el pateo es el mismo, si logras enviar un video seria mas facil ver tus fallas

  • hola, tengo una duda sobre el airtrack, cuando boy a saltar o desplasarme me caigo y no alcanso a quedar en el aire y mis pies caen altiro, abro los pies pero no se que podria ser :S
