Angel Island Capture The Flag (A player run Ultima Online Shard)

May 19th 2010, Cannonball Pete hosted a Capture the Flag event to test out the new CTF system on Angel Island; it was a blast. We had some 6 vs 6, and 7 vs 7 matches that were really quite fun.
I wrote the CTF system from scratch and made many of the rules user configurable. User can define what spells and skills are allowed as well as the number of rounds and how long each round is.
