I have a stupid question, but could anyone just tell me the reason why APU couldn't run for power after 2 engines died, was that because APU consumes fuel? Thanks everyone.

1 engine is of rol royce and the onther not

@FastGreenFCF for some reason the apu doesn't have a dedicated fuel tank, probably a great thing to think about since it would only need to be a few gallons.

@talitakoomi Airbus didn't invent the RAT, it has been standard fit on large military aircraft (in the UK atleast) since the 1950's and 60's.
