@lovemyana Thats why 'trance' is so good at breaking this habit, but you need to do the work before hand as you are right once a binge is in full flow its hard to stop. With NLP we can break that mind loop in advance by scratching the old binge eating movie using NLP and Hypnosis so that when a thought comes to binge it gets weaker and weaker giving you the ability to make better healthier choices rather than falling down the old 'binging 'zone'

Please dont judge me as you dont know me.I had bulimia for over 10 years and I'm free now ( for over 15 years) I know a lot about the torture bulimia causes in lives, so much so I've had to have all my teeth replaced as they were rotten because of bulimia as well as the mental pain it put me through. Thankfully I discovered NLP and Hypnosis and have used this to beat bulimia and help 100's of others too over the years

You know nothing of bulimia, Debbie Williams. GTFO

Actually, when purging, you don't just get half up, that's BS. Very arrogant to purging. ;l

It works, and has done for 100's of my clients over the years. The one thing I would say is if a bulimic, binge eater has huge, huge binges then planning to eat a third may still be too much, plus there may be other issues to do with persons self esteem or even self hatred which needs to be resolved first, this can be done relatively quickly with NLP and Hypnotherapy to change limiting beliefs.

That's true being in the eating 'trance' that is why good hypnosis can take you into a better trance.
It's why I've produced so many recordings around eating disorders, so that you listen to them over and over to programme in a better habitual response.
It will help break the hold bulimia has over you, you can get all of my recordings from the justbewell website best wishes Debbie Williams
Distract yourself?! A bulimic can't do that. When I'm in the zone, I'm in the zone. No stopping me, sorry.

@lovemyana A zone. That's seriously the best way it can be described. Either that or like a trance. You get in the zone and it's like your body goes on autopilot until the next thing you know you're face down in a toilet
