Economy Mode is normal after 30 mins but if the engine is not starting then its serious. I hope u get it fixed soon. My old C2 used to go into Eco Mode but allowed me to stil pull the windows up n down. My C4 switches off everything. There is even a delay when starting cos of this economy mode.

The car was running - i was driving around a roundabout and the engine cut out/shut off. coasted to the exit and switchd ignition on and off. Nothing permanenlty stuck in "economy mode activated"
Disconnected battery then reconnected. Still nothing.
it was the fuze supplying the ecu. it was on the same circuit as the cooling fan. when that fuze blew the ecu ran on battery backup until that died as well. Got rid of the car aft 6 months as it did this another 4 times!
