It appears that partisan Democrats can only think in binary. You endorse a sorry candidate, and then whine when others in your party become appalled that he is sexist.
But at least women still have the right to vote - just are not encouraged to run for office and expect any support in the DFL. Makes you wonder why only white males are considered "OK" US Senate candidates in Minnesota.
And so sorry, I don't fit your binary scheme - I consider myself an independent Green. Peace.
Totally agree with you there - I supported Amy because she has been hounding those in Washington about the National Debt. She made it a vital part of her campaign and now her time in the Senate.
But there are only 16 Senators out of 100 who are women - yet they comprise over 50% of our society. Why attack Priscilla Lord Faris for wanting to change this?
Also take note that there is only one member of the Black Caucus in the Senate: Barack Obama.
