This Tenochtitlan video is part 12 of 18 videos from PILGRIMAGE INTO THE HEART OF ANAHUAC, A Project of the Mexica Movement.

Pilgrimage Into The Heart of Anahuac is a series of video lectures by the Mexica Movement. Mexica Movement is a Nican Tlaca (Indigenous) Rights Educational Organization for people of Mexican, "Central American", "Native American", First Nation People, and all Nican Tlaca people of the "Western Hemisphere" ("North America").

The Purpose of these videos, and of the Mexica Movement, is to enlighten our people and the rest of the world on our heritage. We want the world to know of the overall beauty and genius of our Nican Tlaca Anahuac heritage, and of the crimes and terrorism of European colonialism over the last 500 years. We want the world to know that Europeans intentionally killed 95% of our population (70-100 million of our people) in the largest holocaust in the history of the world. They did this genocide with the use of smallpox as a weapon of mass destruction.

These are just some of the subjects in our videos:

**Over 4,000 years of Anahuac civilizations: Olmecs, Zapotec, Teotihuacan, Maya, Toltec, Mexica, and other civilizations and cultures

** Unity of all Nican Tlaca (Indigenous) people of the "Western Hemisphere".

**Identity for people of Mexican, "Central American", "Native American", First Nation People, and all Nican Tlaca of the "Western Hemisphere".

**False Hispanic and Latino labels.

**Explaining why Full-blood and Mixed-blood people are one people.

**The accomplishments of our people in astronomy, math, calendar making, writing, education, medicine, science, engineering, architecture, city planning, pharmacology, arts, literature, society building, theology, agriculture, cuisine, and many more subjects.

**Crimes of European colonialism.

**25 Archeological sites that are sacred sites.

Remember who the spaniards are. They are the people who killed 95% of our people (in Mexico and "Central America" that means 23 million human lives). They destroyed our civilizations and burned our libraries. I can go on and on but you need to learn all of the monstrous savage crimes that they committed against us before you go on about liking them and that you like their culture.

spaniards are shameless about what they did to us. Some of them even brag about what they did to us.

  • hey, I got a couple of books for Nahuatl but do you know where i can get Audio of nahuatl lessons?

  • Sorry, but we haven't heard of any audio or video materials to learn Nahuatl. Perhaps someone else who reads this might provide information for all of us.

  • @Owl559 what kind of books do you have brother? i wanna get so books myself, can you give me some names?

  • everything these guys are talking about is so true is very sad seeing all those modern buildings on top of our history, the history of all of us Mexicans and yes every one of us should do something to keep it for future generations.

  • I'm not mexican but I totally agree with you. Tenochtitlán is the real name of Mexico city.

Latin americans need to be proud of what we have.

Even though I don't have much native american blood I'm proud I was born in "Mesoamérica."

And I also disagree with the word "Indians." That word should only apply to those inhabitants of the Republic of India in Asia.

And the word "American" applies to all of us from Canada to Cape Horn.

    Greetings from Panama.

  • where can you find these names?

  • I would like to encourage all Mexicans in the U.S. to give the gift of culture to their children. GIVE EACH OF YOUR CHILDREN AT LEAST A SINGLE INDIGENOUS NAME. We like to give several names to our children. Have at least one of them remind him that they are the inheritants of a glorious culture.

  • We need to have the Templo Mayor Rebuilt.

  • the europeans have stolen or religion culture wealth and traditions, but there is still time to do something abaut it we can still do something abaut it

  • im a shamed to admit, but im so brainwashed by the european mentality that hearing this is hard to take in. maybe if we were taught of OUR history as a child we would have been a totally different person. i hope more people will listen and confront white supremacy.

  • I completely agree with this video...it is so sad that sucha great city is forever lost to us and is covered now with mere governmental buildings...

  • your right it can be more famous than egypt, there are way more pyramids, the most ancient cities untouched, and great architectual achievments... they push spanish cultures on the mexican people to keep them controled, and ignorant...
