What software?? ;o
-
Interesting. btw, what type of flower is that, please?
Love the animation of the paint brush. How did you achieve that?
-
I'd give a king's ransom for the software. Very cool water effect!

It's hilarious how everyone is missing the point. This is a software demo, guys. To show that wetting a picture can be done realistically--for when you actually will want to do it (like if you were to soft shade instead of using harsh solid changes in color when shading.)

The "program" is called Moxi -- look it up. Apparently Adobe licensed it from the maker, and still hasn't done anything with it for years.
For all the "you wrecked it" comments -- apparently you don't realize this is not a real painting or real brush! It's all digital inside a computer. They are "wrecking" it on purpose, to demonstrate the realistic watercolor effects you can achieve.

Aren't you supposed to get the paper wet BEFORE using the pigments instead of the other way around?
Still working on it. See other demos and info at http://visgraph.cs.ust.hk/MoXi/
