I leave the skin on mandarin oranges and tangerines, add a little Stevia, and create a creamy, intense orange dessert.

Guava skin doesn't taste good, but when the guava is very ripe, it creates a sweet-and-sour effect.

  • @howiboy The cyanide is only released and "poisonous" to cancer cells asey have the protein needed to break the compound apart; this is a design feature, by the way.

Most of the 'tips' we receive are more capitalistic in nature than healthful; I THINK flax has more "B17" than apple seeds, but I've not cored an apple in years; also eat apricot, plum, etc. seeds with no ill affects.

  • @UnoRaza Seeds to apples are poisoness

  • apple seeds, especially in green apples, are very healthy.

  • Love mandarins and tangerines and I'm with you on the 'honest researchers'!

I'd bet you're getting a more complete nutrition by eating the whose fruit; I stopped coring apples as well and eat seeds and all.

I wonder if Deutchlanders have any better nutrition information? Wish I spoke German!
