The Morikami Presents: Ronin Taiko, October 8 & 9, 2009

Ronin Taiko will awaken cultural spirits for a brand new season of arts and entertainment at The Morikami with an energetic hour and a half concert to be held from 7:00pm-9:00pm. Featured internationally and at many Morikami events such as Sushi & Stroll, Ronin Taikos powerful physical performances feature Japanese taiko drums, with additional disciplines of theatre, dance and martial arts.

About RONIN TAIKO,
Formed by members of taiko, theatre, dance and martial arts backgrounds, Ronin Taiko hopes to continue sharing Japanese Taiko performances with wider audiences. Performer's lifestyles are centered on continuous diligent practice through daily training & discipline. Continuing education is of great importance to Ronin Taiko's performers, who frequently travel to Japan to train with taiko Sensei (teachers), further developing their physical and mental discipline in this art form.
