#WARNING# Patch has resently came out so this command (cmd) does not work in versus anymore but every where else the cmd works

Only works on PC. Go to start menu in the game, options, keyboard/mouse, and enable the developer console. Then to open it press the ~ button above "Tab."

Options > Keyboard > Advanced > Enable Developer Console
Make sure its ticked then just press ` to bring the console up
