MAKAKILO, Hawaii- Modulator at Makakilo Dr. near Anipeahi St. recorded Tuesday 9-1-09 at 11:45 AM. After the civil defense test, the city's Department of Emergency Management conducted a second siren test around Campbell Industrial Park. There are seven sirens in the surrounding area. (Campbell Industrial Park, Honokai Hale, Makakilo, Kapolei Regional Park, Kapolei Golf Course and the Coast Guard station at Kalaeloa.) These sirens will have the regular test + the HAZMAT test from now on.
The Campbell Local Emergency Action Network (CLEAN) is designed to alert nearby residents, businesses and schools about any potential hazardous materials incidents at the industrial park.

If you listen carefully, you can hear another Mod or DSA hic cup in the distance when this is off.

Actually it so far, it only seems prevailent on Hawaii's sirens. All other Mods or 612's don't have that kind of problem
