The founders "ordained" this constitution to "ourselves" and our "posterity." You need to look up posterity. The meaning is provided here - "descendants: all of the offspring of a given progenitor; "we must secure the benefits of freedom for ourselves and our posterity."
Illegals are not our "posterity" and the founders had no intention of granting every swinging dick constitutional rights. A supreme court ruling exists which validates this argument.
