  • 29% vs 16% ? well..visualization still didn't work that well am i right? though it did help in a way. So i guess i can visualize my breast muscle getting greater as well?

  • @ffour Yes, it shows that visualization creates strength and size in muscle. It is impressive that thought alone can grow muscle. When you add this to your body building you create faster strength and growth.

Look at the numbers- the visualization produced 50% of the gain that actual exercise produced.

  • I love Wendy... but... there are no muscles in the fingers... at all. All the fingers are pulled and pushed by muscles in the arm. Does she mean in the arm?

  • @trident3b The study used the little finger because it would not be affected by other muscle movements or workouts. The size and strength of the muscle growth was measured in whatever muscles that would grow as a results of lifting weights with that finger.

  • How did they gain 29% more muscles in the pinky, when fingers don't have muscles -.-

  • Where did you get that intro music?

  • She is moving too much, probably she is unconfident...

  • @ffour before your wishful thinking kicks in, keep in mind that this takes visualization skills. Not everyone can do this.

Only the imaginative individuals can take the advantage of this tool.

  • Only educated people will understand this.

The skeptics needs to expand their intellect.

  • If you use your index finger and point very intensely ( for the lack of a better term) you can notice the flexing of a very tiny muscle on top of your hand residing just below the knuckle of the index finger and to the direction of the thumb resting in the V formed by the index finger and the thumb. I think this muscle would not cause any negative consequences stemming from its mental, physical or both induced hypertrophy. IMO ... just a thought if anyone desires to do empirical research :P

  • @WendiFriesen I see. Many thx.
