http://www.fittwarehouse.com Too many times athletes and strength enthusiasts place on emphasis on there training and nutrition and rightfully so. However, there is one very important overlooked principle that will have you making progress on and off the field and that is "regeneration" or recovery methods.

To do this exercise lay on a foam roller (i highly recommend them) or if you don't have one a tennis ball, lax ball, or 2-3" pvc pipe will be fine. i suggest rolling the muscle groups your training and/or trained 20-25 times prior/post training to give your muscles that recovery that is needed. i also encourage some static stretching and if your able to get PNF this as well will aid in recovery.

Don't forget to dynamically warm up prior to your training. Subscribe to our videos and web page for more training tips!!!!
