No, you can´t use the ladder.

I have heard that it is possible use the ladder in the Wii Version..

hey if u put a grenade on side (front) of boat and swim forward she get on front for u 2 run up so u can be on top on thailand and any other level with her yacht

Beware if u die 2 many times laras boat floats out making it nearly impossible to do the glitch and to even get on the boat
