Bobby Griffith era un chico adolescente gay que se suicidó a causa de la intolerancia religiosa de su madre. Después del trágico evento su madre interpretada por Sigourney Weaver- comprende la homosexualidad de su hijo y empieza a luchar por la causa.

Yo creo que aunque muchos padres echen de sus vidas a sus hijos gay por lo que son, en el fondo nunca dejan de quererlos (bueno...la mayoría). Sólo que no saben como manejar la situación.

Los gay también somos personas y necesitamos amor, no olviden eso.

but had to respond and offer words of encouragement!

Things are so different today than they were when Bobby

and I met and dated! I hope and pray that you will find the

courage to someday reveal your true self to your parents.

Then you will be able to lead an authentic life, as a gay person!

i've shared this video in my facebook account because it's increible beautifull , i'm closer to go out of the closet and i really feel more strong after to see that video for to say to my parent's i'm gay but , i know they know but i really want to live my life! without worries and anything , thank you so so much for to put on this video! it's increible , very very beautifull
