The car wasn't that bad, but if Texaco wanted to appeal to tuners they should have atleast got a proper FD, if they wanted to appeal to clueless consumers they should have got vin diesel

It came stock on the 1999-2002 RX-7. It's a completely stock and legit Mazda part.
