Hofstra Univ: 3 injured, 15 arrested (Part 10 of Twelve)

http://www.bethemedia.org: At least three people were injured and fifteen were arrested after mounted police pushed back a group of protesters from Iraq Veterans Against the War hoping to enter the US Presidential debate at Hofstra University in Hempstead NY.

The incident occurred on Hempstead Turnpike at about 8pm eastern time.

The injured included two Iraq war veterans and one spectator. Fifteen were arrested.

Freedom of speech is in trouble in America!

Kpbs just had a special on a group of protesters from the 70's. It showed scenes of protesters getting sprayed and beaten buy the police. It seems like there really is no right to voice disagreement with the governments policies, actions, etcc.. They want us to sit in silence while they do whatever they like. They like to keep us in basic survival mode so we won't have time to worry about what the government is doing. I really don't know what to do about all of this except be self-sustaining.
