Benchmade 940 Osborne Axis Close-up

Here's a close-up of the Benchmade 940 Osborne Axis. This was my Birthday gift from my wife and kids. This knife is so much better than what video and pictures can convey. I was worried when I ordered it that I would not be happy with it. I was wrong. Benchmade puts so much more effort into these higher end knives, I AM IMPRESSED.

I only have two issues with this knife. The first being the matte finish on the scales is VERY prone to scrapes and scratches. And the second is the same old painted pocket clip that the paint flakes off of in a matter of days. Benchmade, please retire the painted clips and go back to the parkerized favorites of Benchmade fans worldwide.

Finally got my 940 in today. While waiting I must have watched your video about 50 times. It's a little darker in real life than I thought. But it's still a beautiful knife. Great video.
