theres REALLY a Difference !
BUT, in the first level with GlaDOS in portal 2 you can see a "hanging" "arm" on her body.
When Wheatley beacame boss, he changed some parts of the body .

I'm fairly sure the white casing on the 'arms' is new. Either that,or I'm just blind.
