Basics: Vertically re-circulating waste fluids and particle saturated vapor while stripping away the toxic sub atomic particles. Summary objective: Decontamination of Radionuclide contaminated waste water / SRF. (Spent reactor fuel) and Chemical waste water management. Since 1987 I have insisted that non fissionable nuclear material can be laser fractured, thus depleating energy and changing the element into a lesser metal. I made a presentation of this product for a waste management course at the Naugatuck Valley college in Waterbury Connecticut, early 1993. It is necessary to safely flash waste water to vapor, controlling hydrogen, using electrolytic laser grids. We must separate radionuclide particles and chemical compounds from the gas using an industrial high velocity ventilation system. Gravity fed, the verticle centrifugal air stream loop uses ion pump dividers. Radioactive particles are diverted by magnetic domain into a Boron Carbide photovoltaic assembly and collection device. The device utilizes non fissionable materials with a photovoltaic design that translates the radioactive electron volt energy (eV) from radioactive decay into electron storage. This unique battery is powered by nuclear waste and supplies power for years to underground lighting. Neutrino feedback within the vessel can possibly accelerate radionuclide decay while deterioarting Alpha becomes a metal compound as an interior component of the vessel. Energy as well as other recyclable byproducts can be retrieved from the catch basin while allowing clean water vapor to escape. This research is open to all business and government initiatives.
I've in the past, proposed similar initiatives to the Department of Energy via the SBIR program to destroy spent reactor fuel. They rejected it in lieu of HLW storage in Nevada and suggested private sector investments, that I could never obtain. Anyhow, the idea lives on. I now propose the development of the above mentioned Boron Carbide waffer type cylinder with high density photovoltaic attachments, to incompass neutron emissions from decaying Alpha particles. Translating that energy into electricity could solve a number of SRF. issues. Non fissionable HLW still produces energy via fragmentation during natural decay. Lasers are a means of manipulating electromagnetic radiation to target non biodegradable chemical separation, as well as reactive particle science.
For those who've searched Ghost of the Fallen by C.A.Dodson. This disclosure is in the back of the book. I can die peacefully now after preserving my place in history. I think, to my credit, after traveling and discussing the idea with others since 1987, a similar product is now being used on medical waste. I speculate that for the Laser reciever, 'NOT' an Optical system, that a 2.5 micron filter will block 5 micron water molecules while the Nitrogen laser network pushes Uranium Alpha particles, hence separating radioactive particles from radionuclide contaminated waste water. The incineration is of micro impurities in the water. The reactor, is the relative reactive quality of radionuclides when struck by lasers acting as a carrier. Although simply stated there is a certain complexity involved.
