On Sunday May 8th, Farm Animal Rights Movement celebrated Mother's Day by serving over 700 free vegan ice cream cones and distributing informational literature. Mother's Day is a special day to honor and respect moms for their unconditional love, but few think of the 9 million dairy cows who are also mothers. These cows have their babies torn from them only to be confined in veal crates or raised to replace their own mothers on dairy farms.
We were met with smiling faces and people eager to hear why we were giving away dairy-free alternatives on this special day. We got an overwhelming response and recipients called the coconut based ice cream "delicious", "unexpectedly tasty" and "better than the dairy version". Many agreed that this was a very appropriate way to celebrate Mother's Day and everyone thanked us for celebrating these often overlooked mothers who never have a nice day.
Special thanks to Coconut Bliss for donating all of the delicious cruelty-free ice cream and to all the volunteers who came out to help us speak out for farmed animal mothers!
Oh YUM! Makes me want to go and buy some cones for my So Delicious vegan vanilla ice cream!

Of course only people without conscience will feel happy when their kids are brutally taken away from them. Even that, they must have some kind of mental problems. The workers don't have sense at all. In this civilised society how can you treat a baby (kid) like that when the mother is offering non-vegans society milk, meat, money ,etc.
