@Richaarddd Guys dial with massive pens because dexterity deteriorates with age. Tommy wasn't shown + or -and has no experience of that. The film is based on real-life experiences, and doesn't exaggerate the problems as much as highlight them. What the film is for is to highlight problems with unintuitive design; it's not that older people can't keep up, it's that designers rarely take users into consideration.

I don't get what this video is for, all it seems to say is old people have problems keeping up with the changing times, but so do some young people!
When would a guy dial with a massive pen?
Why doesn't Tommy just use ch+ & ch- to go up and down through the channels!?
The video does exagurate how bad things are, things aren't quite that hard to use.
I think I got the point, but it would be nice to show how the UI problem could be resolved rather than just showing the worst.
