Legs were pretty fried from squats on Friday, but still managed. This is a P.R. with double over hand grip.

  • Good lift, but not enough leg drive tbh. A mistake I see over and over again on this lift is far too much of the rep/s being done with almost straight legs. This is making what should be a deadlift into a pseudo-good morning and with those sort of poundages, it's a recipe for a knackered lower back before long.
