The narrator is a stand up comedian and a presenter on a youth programme called VIDS. Glasgow had a problem with dodgy landlords hiring out unsafe flats to students/ unemployed and the idea of this video was to quickly inform them what to look for when looking for a flat to rent. The style of delivery was similar to what he did on the VIDS and was programme designed to appeal to the kids.
