guys, we all know it's a machine. we all know he's not squatting 720. last time i checked, if you're bodybuilding, it doesn't matter how you build the muscle, it just matters what works for you.

squat on a machine is stupid. not just because u dont get the most out of it but also because machines are made one sizes fits all. with a bar it dont matter. get off the machine and squat like a man bro u look strong enough to do it.
