ho_Wiki that tells you that the real doctor was supposed to seed type thing to the clone so he can grow his own TARDIS. Also if i was Rose (or the doctor) I would have felt the same as u said.

Why can't they just let him be happy for once?
him & rose had alot of fun together, then she is stuck in a parallel universe & he gets pulled away before the 3 magic words.
Next he is reunited but "killed" by the Dalek
Later his friends leave 1 by one.
After he leaves Rose with the "clone" & isnt able to tell her he <3 ed her.
THEN HE RETURNED TO THE TARDIS ALONE LOOKING LIKE THE SADDEST MAN IN THE UNIVERSE!!!
