Ghosts of Del Mar Race Track part 2

The Del Mar Race Track in Southern California is known for its haunted history. Unexplained cold spots, unidentified voices and floating apparitions all lend evidence to support these claims. The latest and arguably most convincing proof comes from the paranormal group South Coast Paranormal who outfitted the bar of the race track with surveillance cameras. What they discovered has to be seen to be believed. A large, dark shadowy figure makes its way across the room and suddenly vanishes with a sharp burst of light. Part 2 contains the full footage of this apparition along with the light burst appearing 0:24. What person or people are responsible for these race track hauntings? Could it be the spirit of acclaimed horse trainer Charlie Whittingham? Perhaps he's merely hanging around his old stomping grounds, holding out hope for one last race?
